Hayley Cox, Health Coach
Hi, I'm Hayley. I'm the extroverted introvert in the room. I love spending time with my family, and I am known for the loudest laughter in the room. I really enjoy learning about health and I love a good podcast or two. I have recently found a new love of yoga, and have put my running shoes back on!

I have always felt driven to help women with their health and happiness. My background is working as a weight loss consultant, running busy community groups for almost 15 years. Yet, in the time I worked with women wanting to lose weight, I saw how diet mode often led to further stress and struggles for many. I just knew I had to help in a different way. I wanted to find a way to empower women to find a positive relationship with themselves, in body and mind.
How did things change for me?
I have felt the emotional and physical pain of being overweight and having a bad relationship with food, and my body. I spent so much of my life believing that the number on the scales was the only indicator of my health (and my worth). I saw this mirrored in the hundreds of women who I worked with during my time as a weight loss consultant.

When I started to focus on areas of my life that supported me emotionally, they all improved my physical health too. Suddenly it became about the things that I wanted to include (rather than exclude) - fun, laughter, relaxation, finding joy in movement and nourishing my body with food rather than restriction.
My Mission.
To help women who have felt the same way, find their own version of health. Not one defined by others, but one that brings them joy, happiness, good health and ultimately a freedom they have not felt before.
